If you've played Sims 4 before, you'll be familiar with the game's many moodlets that determine just how happy or sad your Sim can be. Moodlets are great for representing everything from the hot weather to the argument your Sim just had with his boss. However, there are also some moodlets in Sims 4 that don't make much sense when you think about them - like being embarrassed after your partner dumps you. Put bluntly, these are examples of the game designers taking advantage of an opportunity to make extra money by adding something in there that artificially boosts gameplay time or gives players a sense of "reward" when their Sims do something they're not supposed to do in real life. So what are these moodlets that can make you feel uncomfortable? You'll find a list of them below, along with examples of the most controversial. Let us know which ones you think are bad and which ones you think are good in a comment at the end of this post. THE RUNNER-UP: Being Shy - What is being shy but being afraid to talk to anyone because you might have to ask them out on a date? In real life, this is something we all have to deal with as part of growing up. But as soon as you turn on the Sims 4, it appears that being shy is an option for your Sim. THE WINNER: Being Embarrassed - embarrassing moments in real life sadly do occur for a lot of people, especially when they're faced with a problem that's tougher to deal with than they expected. That's what makes being embarrassed a moodlet that can make sense for a Sim. It doesn't take much imagination to think of things that would make someone feel embarrassed. In real life, I'm sure there are lots of things people feel embarrassed about - from not getting good marks in school to looking fat and ugly. In general, being embarrassed is a trait that can be fun to have for a Sim. Runner-up: Insecure - In the Sims world, your Sim can be insecure about just about anything. However, there's no reason why this moodlet cannot make sense in real life. After all, not everyone feels confident all the time - and insecurity is a trait that everyone struggles with from time to time. Winner: Sleepy - Everyone loves a good snooze after a long day at work. But as soon as you start playing Sims 4, you find out that sleeping is apparently an important part of Sim life. In my experience, your Sim can sleep anytime he wants. Even if they're going to the gym, going to a sleepover or going on a date. Sleeping is a moodlet that I think is a strange one for a game that lets Sims go on dates and have conversations with their friends and family members. Runner-up: Flirty - Flirty moodlets are great for getting your Sim in relationships with other Sims. But again, no reason why this should make sense in real life. cfa1e77820
